What shipping methods are available?
We ship all UK deliveries under 2KG via Royal Mail. Deliveries over 2KG are sent via DPD Express, and are trackable.
Will the contents of the package be revealed?
Nope. It just looks like a regular parcel, as below! All deliveries are sent in plain packaging with no indication of the contents.
How long will it take to get my package?
If you’re ordering from within the UK, our two primary delivery methods take 1 – 2 working days.
The Express options have an estimated delivery of 1 working day (this is a ‘next day’ service.
The Standard delivery option takes 2-3 business days.

Which countries do you ship to internationally?
Due to Brexit, we can no longer sell or ship items to Europe. We currently only serve the UK market.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can easily and safely pay for your items via a credit or debit card. Please select the ‘Credit or Debit Card (Stripe)’ option at checkout.
You can also check out via Apple Pay or Google Pay – please ensure to double-check the delivery address is correct if using this payment method.
PayPal is not currently supported due to its stance towards adult products.
Is it safe? Will my payment details be stored?
Our website uses encryption to ensure safety of transactions. Your payment details are transmitted directly to our payment providers, so we never have a copy of your financial records on our servers.
You can request deletion of your account at any time.
What details will show on my bank statement?
Your payment is processed by our parent company BBT Retail Limited.
Do I need to create an account to checkout?
No! You can checkout as a guest if you prefer not to create an account.
If you do want to create an account, you can do that during the checkout process – members regularly get discount deals and earn Vibin’ Points on every purchase!
How long will it take to process my order?
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1 working day upon confirmation of payment.
Orders received before 15:30 GMT will be processed and dispatched the same day – excluding weekends and public holidays.
How can I cancel or change my order?
If you’ve placed an order that hasn’t yet been processed, please get in touch with us to make any changes to your order.
How do I track my order?
You can track the progress of an order here.
When you place an order, a link is provided in your dashboard that allows you to track the parcel’s journey.
I placed an order but the tracking code doesn’t work.
There are two different ways to track an order.
The first is here on our site, using the order number provided in your purchase confirmation email (or the ‘Orders’ section of your account).
The second is on the courier’s website, using the tracking code provided in subsequent emails once your order has been despatched. Please note: it may take a few hours to show the details of your package on the courier’s tracking page. A link to track the progress of your delivery can also be found in the Orders section of your account.
How can I return a purchase?
