Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase and offer exchanges or refunds. However, due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods, for the items to be returned (if they are not broken/faulty) the following terms have to be met.

Sales item(s) are eligible only for an exchange or credit – no refunds will be given on sale items.
  • The goods must be unused.
  • The goods must be returned in original condition & packaging.
  • Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • The goods must be received back within 30 days from the day you receive your order.
  • Lingerie and items of clothing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.

If all of the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund, even if the items have been mailed back to us at our return address.

If an item is faulty, get in touch to arrange a refund or exchange. We offer a 12-month warranty on all goods. After 3 months, only an exchange is possible on faulty items.

Returns for non-faulty items that have been used are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. 

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

We will issue a full refund on receipt and inspection of any purchases, excluding the original delivery charge. 

Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund or exchange is made.

Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are sent back to us within 30 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

If your item isn’t faulty, and you want to return it to us in its original condition (packaging too!), there’s no need to contact us in advance.

You can simply log in to your account, download and fill out a returns form from your ‘My Account’ area, and post the item back to the PO BOX address on the form.

If the item is faulty, please contact us in advance of returns to receive a Freepost address. Replacement items are sent out free of charge.

If non-faulty returns are sent to the Freepost address, they are returned at a charge of £3.50+VAT.

Please do not send any purchases to our correspondence address, as they will be returned to sender.
