Delivery information

What shipping methods are available?

UK deliveries under 2KG are sent via Royal Mail. Deliveries over 2KG are sent via DPD Express and are trackable.

How long will it take to get my package?

Express Delivery is a 1 working day service. Standard Delivery is usually 2-3 business days.

Will the contents of my order be revealed?

No. All deliveries are sent in plain packaging with no indication of the contents.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently serve the UK market only. Due to Brexit, we can no longer sell or ship items to Europe.

Payments & privacy

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by credit or debit card via Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. PayPal is not currently supported.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Payment details go directly to our payment providers, so we do not store your card details on our servers.

What details will show on my bank statement?

Your payment is processed by our parent company, BBT Retail Limited.

Orders

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest, though creating an account lets you track orders and save details for faster checkout.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are processed within 1 working day. Orders placed before 15:30 GMT are usually dispatched the same day.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If it has already been processed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.

How can I track my order?

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS, depending on the courier used.

Returns & refunds

How can I return a purchase?

Changed your mind? Get in touch and send the item back within 30 days.

What are the terms and conditions?

Items must be new and heat-sealed unless faulty. Items cannot be returned once opened or used for hygiene reasons.
