All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication of the contents.
Orders received before 16:00 GMT will be processed and dispatched the same day where possible. Our warehouse is running a reduced staff, due to COVID.
Changed your mind about a purchase?
- Just get in touch and send the item back to us within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be in new, heat-sealed condition – unless faulty.
- Refunds and exchanges are not offered for non-faulty used/opened items due to hygiene reasons.

General Delivery Info
- All goods are dispatched are sent by a recorded, insured service.
- All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1 working day upon confirmation of payment.
- An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. You can track orders via the order tracking page.
- The total weight and cost of your goods are shown in the basket and the checkout window, along with the shipping methods available.
- Next day and weekend delivery options are available. Weekend delivery orders must be placed before 4pm on a Friday to allow for dispatch in time for a successful delivery. If you have a preference of delivery day for weekend options, please note it as you checkout, or get in touch with us to ensure delivery on your chosen day. The default is Saturday for orders where this isn’t noted, wherever time permits.
- International delivery usually takes 2 – 5 days, depending on location.
