How we ship

  • Plain outer box. Unbranded, unlabelled. Nothing on the outside suggests what’s inside.
  • Neutral sender name. It won’t say “SEXTECH” on the label. The return address resolves to a holding company name.
  • Discreet billing. Your card statement reads as a neutral retailer — no mention of the shop.
  • Tracked, always. Every order gets a tracking number by email when it ships.

Delivery FAQs

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. International shipping isn’t currently available — we’d rather do UK properly than international badly.

Will the postie know what’s inside?

No. Your parcel is a plain outer box or mailer with a neutral sender name. No branding, no product description, no nudge-nudge logos. Even the courier handling it has no idea.

Can I change my address after ordering?

If the order hasn’t dispatched yet, yes — email help@sextech.co.uk straight away with your order number and the new address. Once it’s with Royal Mail we can’t change it, but you can redirect via the tracking link.

What if my order is delayed?

Royal Mail occasionally has bad days. If your tracking hasn’t updated for 3 working days past the expected delivery date, drop us an email and we’ll chase it. If it’s properly lost, we’ll send a replacement or refund — your choice.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?

Standard delivery runs Monday–Saturday. Express (Tracked 24) only runs Monday–Friday — an order placed Friday before 3pm lands Saturday. Orders placed over the weekend dispatch Monday.
