Shipping & Delivery

All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents.

All goods over £35 are dispatched are sent by a recorded insured service, via either Royal Mail or DPD Express. This means goods will not be left on the door step or with neighbours, and a signature will be required.

Goods under £35 in value (and under 1.5KG in weight) have the option of being sent without delivery and insurance. 

All goods over 2KG in weight are sent via DPD Express, regardless of location. Goods under 2KG in weight, but with a value over £35 can be sent via Royal Mail or DPD Express.

The total weight and cost of your goods are shown in the basket and the checkout window, along with the shipping methods available.

 

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1 working day upon confirmation of payment. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorisation, packing and dispatching of order – but our aim is always one working day. 

We send out orders up to 4pm each day, orders received before this will be sent the same day.

An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. You can track orders via the order tracking page, and track delivery via the tracking details in your account section.

Please see the table below. An estimated delivery day will be displayed during checkout. Next day and weekend delivery options are available.

Weekend delivery orders must be placed before 3pm on a Friday to allow for dispatch in time for a successful delivery. If you have a preference of delivery day for weekend options, please note it as you checkout, or get in touch with us to ensure delivery on your chosen day. The default is Saturday for orders where this isn’t noted, wherever time permits.

International delivery takes 2 – 5 days.

Taxes, duties and tariffs

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
