What shipping methods are available?

We ship all UK deliveries under 2KG via Royal Mail. Deliveries over 2KG are sent via DPD Express, and are trackable.

Nope! It just looks like a regular parcel. All deliveries are sent in plain packaging with no indication of the contents.

If you’re ordering from within the UK:

  • Express Delivery: 1 working day (next day service)
  • Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days

Due to Brexit, we can no longer sell or ship items to Europe. We currently only serve the UK market.

Payment & Security

Accepted methods, safety, and privacy

What payment methods are accepted?

You can easily and safely pay for your items via:

  • Credit or Debit Card (via Stripe)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Note: PayPal is not currently supported due to its stance towards adult products.

Our website uses encryption to ensure safety of transactions. Your payment details are transmitted directly to our payment providers, so we never have a copy of your financial records on our servers.

You can request deletion of your account at any time.

Your payment is processed by our parent company BBT Retail Limited.

Ordering Process

Accounts, cancelling, and tracking

Do I need to create an account to checkout?

No! You can checkout as a guest if you prefer not to create an account.

If you do want to create an account, you can do that during the checkout process – members regularly get discount deals and earn Vibin’ Points on every purchase!

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1 working day upon confirmation of payment.

⚡ Same-Day Dispatch: Orders received before 15:30 GMT will be processed and dispatched the same day – excluding weekends and public holidays.

If you’ve placed an order that hasn’t yet been processed, please get in touch with us to make any changes to your order.

You can track the progress of an order here.

When you place an order, a link is provided in your dashboard that allows you to track the parcel’s journey.

There are two different ways to track an order:

  1. On our site: Using the order number provided in your purchase confirmation email
  2. On the courier’s website: Using the tracking code provided once your order has been dispatched

Please note: It may take a few hours to show the details of your package on the courier’s tracking page.
