Every parcel ships in a plain, unmarked box with a neutral sender name. Nothing on the outside indicates the contents or the shop.

Only body-safe — medical-grade silicone, borosilicate glass, stainless steel, ABS. No jelly, no PVC, no phthalates. Material is listed on every product page.

Order before 3pm UK time Monday–Friday and we dispatch the same day. Free UK delivery on orders over £50; tracked next-day available at checkout.

Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons we can’t resell used toys, but if yours arrives faulty we’ll replace it or refund in full.
