Please note…
- The goods must be unused.
- The goods must be returned in original condition & packaging.
- Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- The goods must be received back within 30 days from the day you receive your order.
- Lingerie and items of clothing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.
If an item is faulty, get in touch to arrange a refund or exchange. We offer a 12-month warranty on all goods. After 3 months, only an exchange is possible on faulty items.
Returns for non-faulty items that have been used are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
However, due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods, for the items to be returned (if they are not broken/faulty) these terms have to be met.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the return conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods to you.
If the conditions are not met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund, even if the items have been mailed back to us at our return address.
